Troubleshooting - Joystick option is missing in HUB Desk Client 2022 R3

In some new installations or upgrades to 2022 R3 (22.3a, 22.3b or 22.3c releases), the Joystick option has disappeared from the MOBOTIX HUB Desk Client and cannot be seen in Settings. This results in users not being able to configure or use the Joystick.

The issue happens due to a missing DLL file in the Desk Client folder:
C:\Program Files\MOBOTIX\Desk Client\

There is a workaround available:
the workaround to have the Joystick option back in the Desk Client is to install Visual Studio runtime 2013 (VC++ 12.0 - x64) → https://learn.microsoft.com/en-US/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170#visual-studio-2013-vc-120

Note: The issue will be permanently fixed in MOBOTIX HUB Desk Client 2023 R1.
