Where is the ESN number and Support Pin for support requests?

Our support team needs the ESN number to uniquely identify the devices in the cloud and your Support Pin plus “login Username” in order to be able to provide support for possible queries. Topics such as manual firmware updates or device driver updates if the bridge has not been connected to the cloud for months and was not part of the regular updates.

In short:

Every device gets an ESN number when it is added to the CLOUD. This number is displayed in the settings of the device under the Info section.

In the case of a Bridge, it is displayed under the tab: Bridge in the Bridge Information text field.

In the case of a camera, it is under the tab: Camera in the text field Information

Support Pin:

This is under the respective cloud sub-account (the account in which the cameras are integrated).
