Wrong ONVIF support and Message please add cameras to the MxMC first

For a successful integration of ONVIF S capable cameras the following can be checked in advance:

  1. is the camera officially listed on ONVIF.org as a compliant product?
    https://www.onvif.org/conformant-products/

  2. if the camera firmware is the same as in the ONVIF.org test certificate

  3. is the certification up-to-date and has been tested with the current ONVIF.org Device Test Tool?
    The latest Version is v19.06 rev.5170!

The following things must be fulfilled in the MxMC:

  1. The MxMC must have full access to the camera. Admin rights and ONVIF rights are handled separately in the cameras.
  2. The MxMC must create two profiles for the high-resolution and the preview during the integration of the cameras, as well as access the Integration Key for playback.

Issue: If the MxMC not showing the correct informations it seems like a issue with the camera vendor. In this case get in contact with the support of the camera vendor.
