When trying to export a recording from sd-card, I get the message :
Authentication Error, You are authenticated with guest privileges only.
I am logged in as admin in mxmc, and admin from camera is used in mxmc. If I test from an other camera i get the same message, so its seems to be related ti mxmc.
But if i change the recording settings from “Via Camera” to “NAS”. i can do the export… But the customer dont have any nas, only use sd…
short answer is : ManagementCenter is protecting the camera against
unauthorised use.
