We recently moved our IP camera to a new location. All components—including the camera, PoE switch, router, and network settings—remain unchanged.
At the new location:

The camera cannot connect to the network. I can’t ping it or access it via its IP address.

Other devices (laptops, smartphones, etc.) connect to the router without any issues.
Troubleshooting steps taken:

I performed a factory reset by pressing the camera’s default button for over 20 seconds. The camera powered off and on (LEDs turned off and then back on).

Upon powering up:

The green LED on the camera’s RJ45 port is solid.

The orange LED is rapidly flickering.

On the PoE switch:
-
The PoE LED is solid (indicating power is being delivered).

The Link/Act LED is not lit or flickering at all.

I’ve tested and confirmed that the PoE switch, router, and network cables are all working properly.
