Camera Not Connecting After Relocation

We recently moved our IP camera to a new location. All components—including the camera, PoE switch, router, and network settings—remain unchanged.

At the new location:

  • The camera cannot connect to the network. I can’t ping it or access it via its IP address.

  • Other devices (laptops, smartphones, etc.) connect to the router without any issues.

Troubleshooting steps taken:

  • I performed a factory reset by pressing the camera’s default button for over 20 seconds. The camera powered off and on (LEDs turned off and then back on).

  • Upon powering up:

    • The green LED on the camera’s RJ45 port is solid.

    • The orange LED is rapidly flickering.

    • On the PoE switch:

      • The PoE LED is solid (indicating power is being delivered).

      • The Link/Act LED is not lit or flickering at all.

I’ve tested and confirmed that the PoE switch, router, and network cables are all working properly.
