Can’t connect to the camera via vpn

Hi all
I have motobix m25m connected to the asus wifi router. ASUS has running vpn server. When I connect to the vpn outside my home network I can’t reach web page of my camera. Can anyone help me please.

please update the M25 to the latest Firmware 4.7.2.35.r1 and test it again
