[Closed] Camera blocked in "Administration mode"

Hi Everibody,

yesterday I had this problem:

my mobotix D22m display this message:

“THE MOBOTIX CAMERA IS IN ADMINISTRATION MODE”

and I’m not sure about what to do…

I have already tryed to reboot the camera without any results, at the start it seems work for the first seconds, but after this little time the message come up again…

The curious thing is that i’ve 3 of this kind of camera in the same lan, and this problem appears only for this camera… not for the other…

any suggestion?
today I try to reset camera to the factory settings… and we will see… otherwise?

edit: i’ve tried to reset to factory settings but noting good… the same problem after 4 min …

Hi!

You could try upgrading the firmware. If that doesn’t fix the issue the you should contact MOBOTIX support. Attach the camera report (http://camera_ip/admin/report.dmp) in your email to them (intl-support@mobotix.com.
