How to manage Signal Out Profiles, Assign Wires (for lights, door contact, etc.)

Hi.
Can anybody recommend the best way, how to manage Signal Out Profiles, Assign Wires (for lights, door contact, etc.), if all signal inputs/outputs are connected via the MXmessages, not via the the classic way?
