Hello, I have a MacBook Pro with MxManagement Center (2.7) installed. However, there is no sound from the camera microphone. I can speak to people using MxMC software through the microphone on the laptop to the cameras, but I cannot hear people speaking using the Audio Connection button or during playback of recordings, this issue is on a Mac only, Windows install has no such issue. Is this an issue with the video codec? Mac privacy settings?
MxMC hasn’t had correct audio on the Mac since version 2.4.4 Starting with version 2.5; mic audio from the Mac to the camera quit working. Now since 2.7, mic and speaker audio has ceased working. I’m using an Intel based Mac at the moment. I don’t know if it’s any better with the Apple M series processors but I doubt it. I’ve long had a request into Mobotix for this issue to be corrected.
