I have the latest MxManagement Center installed (version 2.5.2) on a MacBook Pro and it is locked in the Pre-Configuration mode, I can’t seem to find a way to return the application to the normal mode for live view and playback. An uninstall and re-install has been done, with no resolution of the issue.
Thank you for your help, I had tried to switch usage mode before, but it didn’t respond, I wasn’t waiting long enough before.
