My T26 Door station Camera does not show up on Mobotix Live App

Dear community ,

I setup the Mobotix Live App on my phone ,everything works fine while connecting from home (LAN) but from outside 4G (WAN) i do only receive notifications and when i click on show camera the camera of my T26 Door Station does not show up , i have set up DDNS , and i am assuming all is well as i am able to receive notifications , is there a special setting that needs to be do on the T26 Door Station in order for it to allow remote access to the camera .
