Hello Natnael,

we need a little bit more informationen about your issue.
May you describe which Camera Models, Firmware Version , NAS Storage you use and describe your system setup.

In the usage with a MOBOTIX IOT cameras as a decentralized device the camera managed the SMB storage as a ringbuffer and there is no manual deleting required.

Hi Joerg
Thanks for the prompt reply!
we use more than 60 Mobtix cam with different model like I25, P25, M15D-Sec, Q25M-Sec. firmware version 4.4 and uses SMB/CIFS File server storage called SNAP Server XSR 125 with 10TB storage every time it reaches the limit i manually delete the storage pool and lost all the data almost 1monthe recording, and create to start recording. would you please assist on how to set over-write and record?

Hello Natnael,

it is hard to analyse this via chat, the best is you are contacting our support and provide the configuration of the cameras.

For me is not cleat what you mean with reach the limit. Are you talk about the Storage limit which you have setup in each camera or do you talk about a different limit which you may have defined in the NAS itself.
You have to make sure in the settings of the cameras that they are not using more as the available storage at your NAS drive.

Please check each camera setting and make sure that the total required storage capacity fits to the existing capacity of the NAS.
