Which camera is this ?

Hi guys I have this (unknown to me which model it is) camera

and its connected to PoE switch but I don’t have any activity on yellow and orange LED’s
on PoE switch. Any suggestion ?

I think this is just the S74 camera with 2 Day/Night sensors and 2 IR ligh modules in a custom casing from MXessories.
