Clean Re-installation of MxControlCenter

The instructions for the clean re-install of MxCC are as follows.

  1. Back up MxCC configuration file from File > Save As…

mxcc

or search for the mxcc.ini file on the computer

  1. Complete a normal uninstall of MxCC through Windows control panel

  2. Enter %Appdata% in windows run window (click start button and type %Appdata% and hit Enter

  1. Navigate to MOBOTIX

  2. Delete the folder MxControlCenter

  3. Re-install MxCC

Hello, I need to download MxCC but when I click on the link https://www.mobotix.com/en/node/1205, I get a message that says “you are not authorized.”
Where can I download MxCC?

Hello Tom, Yes MxCC has subsequently been removed from the download server. If you open a support ticket (support@mobotix.com) we can get you a one time download.
