If you have configured alarms in your system and the Mobile App User has the right to view and handle them, they can be easily viewed and edited in the HUB Mobile App or HUB WebClient.

ManagementClient → Security → Roles → Overall Security → Alarms
Decide what right the user should have.
How to create an Alarm is described within the following article:
Alarmhandling HUB Mobile App
Open the App and click on ALARMS
You will get a list of all your Alarms.
Click on one of the Alarms
You will get more informations ans possibilities for the alarm you choosed.
When clicking on State you can change the State of this alarm
When clicking on Assigned to, you can assigne this Alarm to another User
When clicking on Priority you can change the Priority of the Alarm
When Clicking on SEE CAMERA you will get the recording of the alarm, when you have created a recording rule for this alarmtype
Alarmhandling HUB WebClient
You can access the HUB WebClient via the following URL:
http://ip-adresse-Mobile-Server:8081 (Default Port)
or
http://hostname-mobile-server:8081 (Default Port)
Login with your User which has the right to handle alarms
Click on Alarms
You will get a list of all your alarms
Select one alarm
You will get more details for this alarm
When clicking on State you can change the State of this alarm
When clicking on Assigned to, you can assigne this Alarm to another User
When clicking on Priority you can change the Priority of the Alarm
In the HUB WebClient it is not possible to see the recording directly of an alarm!!!
