IP Notify MxMC alarm vs IP Notify MxCC alarm for M12 Cameras

Hi.

I try to use IP Notify MxMC Alarm on MxMC. I have different types of cameras such as M12, M16, M24 and M73. On my M24 cameras IP Notify MxMC Alarm it works with alarm notifications enabled and one random alarm sound. For none of my M12 cameras the alarm notifications does not work, but on MxCC the alarm notification works. Is there something else that i have to do? More than that, alarm notification works just for one of my M73 cameras, the other M73 does not send alarm notifications to MxMC. What can i do? And the same problem for M16.

I mention that i use MxMC version 2.9.2.2

i assume you would like to get based on an Camera Event a Alarm Notification in the MxMC.

This must be enabled in the MxMC Preferences:

In the setting of each camera the Alarm must be activated and the Event which should trigger an alarm must be selected (By default this is activated)

Plus the Cameras must have valid configured Events which trigger the MxMC Alarm.

This description above are relevant for all Cameras Models from X4,X5,X7 and ONE.
IF some of the cameras are not show a alarm window may the public access in the camera is enabled. The Public access must be disabled in all cameras!.
Question:do you get the Alarm Snapshots in the right Alarm site bar of the MxMC?

For the M12 Camera the notification is working via a IpNotify and trigger a MxMC Remote Command to pop up a alarm window.
