For example you can set a hyperlink to address whatever camera is at this moment is in focus window. The API that you need i.e to play a sound on a camera is http://CamIP/control/rcontrol?action=sound&soundfile=Alarm (or the name of the file you want to play)

In the following example we will see how to send an IP notify message to another camera with the instructions to play a sound file called “Alarm”. Camera B does not require any configuration because the sound file “Alarm” is pre-loaded in the software from factory.

To do that you need to create a new ‘Hyperlink’
