Password Reset
In the case that you forgot your Reseller Password or Sub Account Password (End-user account) every user can reset his own password at the MOBOTIX CLOUD login page. It is similar to standard password reset process from eBay , Netflix and other typical Web Applications.

Requirements:
- You need to know the Email which you have used as login for this cloud user.
- You need to have access to this email account to receive the password reset email.
For Reseller Accounts: In the case where you the Reseller Admin has forgot his password and don´t know which Email was used for the user login. Please check in the Cloud Agreement contract which Email is written there.
The Email should be send in about 1-5 minutes , it it take longer please check your SPAM Folder or talk with your IT. The Password Reset link in the eMail is only for limited time active!
