Is your Camera Bell Button pressed thousands of times?
Do you feel that the pressure point of the button is vague or soft?
When you press the button, check in the camera image whether the CameraBellButton event is triggered.
This is the first quick test to determine if your button is functioning correctly.
A button breaking over time without heavy usage is highly unlikely.
If the CameraBellButton is really damaged:
You can use the MOBOTIX Management Center (MxMC) function:
Component View → Door Station Wizard
For detailed instructions, refer to the MxMC Online Manual.
In short: If the camera and RFID module are in factory default settings, you can start Autoconfig via MxMC.
